After payment, you'll be guided through: (1) creating your account password, (2) uploading your face photos for biometric fingerprinting, (3) optionally uploading voice samples (Premium and above), (4) entering your usernames, aliases, and brand keywords, (5) confirming consent to processing. The whole process takes 10-15 minutes.

Scanning begins within minutes of completing onboarding. First detections typically appear within 24 hours. Real-time alerts are active immediately on Premium and Custom plans.

Clear photos of your face from multiple angles. Minimum 3 photos recommended. Good lighting, no heavy makeup or filters that obscure features. We convert these into encrypted mathematical fingerprints, then permanently delete the originals.

On Premium and Custom plans, you can upload voice recordings. 30-60 seconds of natural speech is sufficient. Read any text out loud — content doesn't matter, voice characteristics do.

Yes. You can re-upload photos or voice samples anytime from your dashboard. Old fingerprints are replaced; nothing is kept.

Two ways: automatic (we detect a match, you click 'Take down' in your dashboard) or manual (you submit a URL yourself if you found something we missed). Essential plans have 5 manual takedowns per month; Premium and Custom are unlimited.

Most close in 24-72 hours. Major platforms (Reddit, Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram) usually respond within 24-48h. Smaller sites and obscure forums can take 5-10 days. Some platforms in non-EU jurisdictions may not comply at all — we tell you when that happens.

We escalate. First to the hosting provider, then domain registrars, then payment processors. On Custom plans, our legal team can pursue court orders.

From your dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Biometric data is deleted immediately on cancellation.

Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, with pro-rated credit applied if you upgrade mid-cycle.

Yes, anytime. Settings → Data → Delete account. Your biometric fingerprints are removed from active systems immediately, from all backups within 7 days. Permanent and verifiable.

Yes. Settings → Data → Export. You'll receive a download link via email within 24 hours containing your account data, scan history, and takedown records in a portable format (GDPR Article 20).
