What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing saves you 30% compared to monthly. You're billed once for 12 months — same features, same protection, better price for committing.
Why is voice biometric protection not on Essential?

Voice biometric protection requires significantly more compute and continuous monitoring infrastructure. We include it on Premium and Custom, where the price reflects what it genuinely costs to run reliably at scale.
Are there hidden fees or per-username charges?

None. Essential monitors up to 5 usernames and 10 keywords. Premium and Custom have no limits. No add-on fees, no surprise charges. What you see is what you pay.
Is there a free trial?

We offer a free public demo that scans for keyword mentions — no signup needed. Full biometric protection, expert takedowns, and dashboard access require a paid subscription. Look out for launch promo codes at the top of the site.
What if a takedown fails?

We escalate relentlessly — platform, then hosting provider, then domain registrar. On Custom plans, we connect you with our network of partner lawyers (available to EU citizens) who can pursue further legal action. Some bad-faith operators in lawless jurisdictions resist everything — when that happens, we tell you straight, and we keep pushing.
Do you process payments securely?

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a global payments leader. We never see your card details — they go directly to Stripe. Praivon stores only your subscription status.
