Can I switch plans?

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing saves you 30% compared to paying monthly. You're billed once for 12 months. Same features, same protection — better price for committing.
Why is voice fingerprint not on Essential?

Voice fingerprinting requires significantly more compute resources and continuous monitoring infrastructure. We include it on Premium and Custom where the price reflects what it costs us to run reliably.
Are there hidden fees or per-username charges?

No. Our pricing is transparent. The number of usernames, aliases, and keywords you can monitor is set by your tier — Essential up to 5, Premium and Custom unlimited. No add-on fees, no surprise charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a free trial?

We offer a free demo on our homepage that scans for keyword mentions. Full biometric scanning, takedowns, and dashboard access require an active paid subscription. Look out for occasional promo codes — when we run a launch promo, you'll see a banner at the top of the site.
What if a takedown fails?

We tell you honestly. We submit DMCA notices through the official abuse and copyright channels of major platforms (Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Telegram). Most respond within 24-72 hours. When platforms don't comply, we escalate to hosting providers and domain registrars. On Custom plans, our legal team can pursue further action including court orders. Some platforms (especially in non-EU jurisdictions or dark forums) may not comply at all — we tell you when that happens.
Do you process payments securely?

All payments are processed by Stripe Ireland (EU-licensed). We never see your card details — they go directly from you to Stripe. Praivon stores only the subscription state.
